Noble Achievements LLC, operating as Wisdom Fruits ("we," "us," or "our"), provides audio book summaries with synced text highlighting and flexible listening formats. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").
By using Wisdom Fruits, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication purposes. You may also sign in via Google OAuth or Sign in with Apple, in which case we receive the email address associated with your account.
Usage Data
We collect anonymized usage analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve the experience. This may include pages viewed, features used, session duration, and device type. You can opt out of usage analytics at any time in the app under Profile > Privacy; opting out does not affect error and crash reporting.
Error and Crash Data

Subscription and Payment Data
If you subscribe to Wisdom Fruits Premium, we use a third-party payment processor to handle transactions. We receive subscription status and purchase receipt information but do not directly store your credit card number or payment credentials.
User-Generated Content
You may create personal notes, collections, and reading history within the app. This content is stored to provide the Service and is associated with your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the Service — authenticate your account, sync your data across devices, and deliver content
- Process subscriptions — manage your subscription status and payment history
- Improve the Service — analyze usage patterns to understand which features are valuable and where improvements are needed
- Monitor and fix errors — diagnose crashes and bugs to ensure a reliable experience
- Send notifications — deliver streak reminders and new book alerts, only if you have opted in to notifications
- Personalize your experience — maintain your reading history, collections, and preferences
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate Wisdom Fruits. Each processes data according to their own privacy policies. These services fall into the following categories:
- Database and authentication provider — stores your account data, handles sign-in, and provides real-time data synchronization across your devices
- Analytics provider — collects anonymized usage data (pages viewed, features used, device type) to help us understand how the Service is used and improve the experience
- Error monitoring provider — collects error reports, crash data, and device information so we can identify and fix issues
- Subscription management provider — processes purchase receipts and manages subscription status on our behalf
- Hosting and CDN provider — serves the application and website, processes IP addresses and request metadata for delivery and security
We may also use additional service providers for content delivery, infrastructure, and operational purposes. These providers do not receive your personal data.
4. Cookies on Our Website
Our website uses a single cookie, and only when you ask it to. If you pick a language from the language selector in the site header, we store your choice in a cookie named wf_lang so that the site opens in that language on your next visit. It holds nothing but the language code (for example, fr), expires after one year, and cannot be read by scripts running in your browser.
We do not use cookies for advertising, tracking, or analytics anywhere on this website, and we set no other cookies. Because wf_lang stores only a preference you chose yourself, it falls under the "user interface customisation" exemption in the ePrivacy Directive, which is why this site shows no cookie consent banner. You can delete the cookie at any time in your browser settings; the site will then follow your browser's language setting instead.
If you visit the site without having chosen a language, we read the Accept-Language header your browser sends in order to serve the home page in a language you are likely to read. That happens at the moment of the request and is not stored.

Your data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and stored on the infrastructure of our third-party service providers. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. - Rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten") — you can delete your account directly within the app under Profile settings
- Restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances
- Data portability — receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format (Profile > Export My Data produces a JSON file you can keep or move elsewhere)
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account through the app (Profile > Delete Account), all associated data on our own servers is permanently removed. Data our service providers hold on our behalf is kept under their retention periods — error logs and crash reports for up to 90 days, anonymized analytics data possibly indefinitely — and you can ask us to have it erased sooner by contacting us at the address below.
International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These transfers are necessary to provide the Service and are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Wisdom Fruits does not sell your personal information. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Wisdom Fruits is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
